This spindle has a DLC coated titanium snout. The coating is super hard and slippery. Usually the inside of the hub bearings dig into the titanium spindle snout and put grooves in it. This shouldn’t happen with this spindle. Also, there is a steel sleeve where the hub seal rides on the spindle. Normally the seal wears a groove in the spindle. The steel sleeve should take care of that. Lastly, the top grease fitting was moved to the top of the spindle for easy access. It’s usually hard to get at where it normally is between the spindle and steering arm.
