Blue plastic torsion bushings are the easiest to fit into the torsion tubes. If you put them in and the torsion bar doesn't turn or if the bushings go into the tube too hard, don't ream or grind the bushing. Use a drum sander to take a little material out of the tube.
.095 Bushings fit .095 Torsion Tubes. The .095 is not the thickness of the bushing; it's the thickness of the torsion tube.
Likewise, .120 bushings fit .120 Torsion Tubes; not the thickness of the bushing.
You can usually run a full racing season with plastic bushings until they have to be replaced.
